Frequently Asked Questions

What services does WorkXHub provide?

WorkXHub supports international entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and families with business setup, virtual offices, serviced offices, accounting coordination, legal-service coordination, residency preparation and practical relocation support in Portugal.

Can I start the process while I am outside Portugal?

Many initial steps can be completed remotely, including consultations, document review, company-formation preparation and virtual-office on-boarding. Some banking, immigration, biometric or identification steps may require your presence or additional verification.

Can I use the WorkXHub address to register a company?

Eligible clients may use the business address according to the selected package, completed identity checks, company documentation and the terms of the service agreement. Suitability is confirmed before activation.

How quickly can a virtual office be activated?

Activation normally begins after payment, successful identity verification and receipt of all required documents. We will confirm the expected activation time for your case before you subscribe.

Does WorkXHub guarantee a visa or residence permit?

No. Visa, residence and nationality decisions are made exclusively by the relevant Portuguese authorities. WorkXHub and its professional partners help clients understand requirements, organize documents and follow the agreed process, but cannot guarantee an approval or government processing time.

What is the difference between the D7 and D8 routes?

The D7 route is generally aimed at applicants with stable qualifying income such as pensions, rent, dividends or other recurring resources. The D8 route is intended for remote employees and independent professionals with active income from outside Portugal. Eligibility depends on current law, income evidence, nationality and consular practice.

Can my family be included?

Some residence routes allow qualifying family members to apply or later request family reunification. The eligible relatives, evidence and timing depend on the route and each family member's circumstances.

Which documents will I need?

Requirements vary by service. Common documents may include a valid passport, proof of address, tax information, criminal-record certificates, income or business evidence and family documents. We provide a tailored checklist after the initial assessment.

Do you provide support in Arabic?

Yes. WorkXHub provides client communication in Arabic and English. Portuguese documentation and regulated professional work are coordinated with the appropriate local professionals.
